For more than 20 years, Northern Ireland portrait photographer Michael McKay has created award winning images from thousands of portraits, weddings and industrial subjects both nationally and internationally, including twice winning the overall title of UK Wedding Photographer of the Year, making him Northern Ireland’s highest awarded photographer.

Michael has a strong sense of the historic importance of his work and never loses sight of the fact that he is constantly documenting the most important stages during the lives of his subjects, family portraits, from christenings to 1st baby portraits, engagements and marriages to the many anniversaries and other unique events in family life.
